1. Which courts decide
One forum, fixed in advance, so that neither side has to argue about where to go:
Malaysian courts — any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this website, any transaction made on it, or the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
2. What the customer gives up
Fixing the forum only works if it cannot be reopened later:
Venue objections — the customer waives any objection to the venue of those proceedings, whether on the grounds of an inconvenient forum or any similar basis.
3. Shopping from outside Malaysia
Our site is built around Malaysian rules, which has two consequences abroad:
No representation — we make none that the materials, products or services on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
Local compliance — a customer reaching the site from outside Malaysia is responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
