1. When cancelling is possible
Everything turns on how far the order has travelled through our warehouse:
The window — an order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and that cancellation carries a full refund.
After the window — once 24 hours have passed cancelling may not be possible, because the order may already have been processed or shipped.

3. When the money comes back
A refund follows the route the payment took:
